6. Walk the Line – Trouble/Service Call Resolution

This course is designed to provide you with the knowledge to properly diagnose and repair problems in a DISH satellite video system.  Beginning at the antenna (dish), check all connections and signal at each one (Walk the Line).  It’s important to check ALL connection points so the customer doesn’t have another problem AND to avoid another trip to resolve the same problem.
