DISH has partnered with industry-leading companies – such as Asurion, Webroot, and EZShield – to ensure that customers receive the best service each time. Customers will receive different levels of benefits from these partners based on their DISH Protect tier.
In order to sign up for DISH Protect Platinum or Gold, customers must provide a valid email address. Upon entering the email address in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), it will be immediately validated. If the email is not valid, it will result in a pop-up to correct the address.

- Device Protection coverage begins 30 days after enrollment:
- Operational failure of your covered product
- Mechanical and/or electrical failure of your product caused by failures due to normal wear and tear, dust heat and humidity, power surge, and defects in materials and workmanship
- Claims require a service fee of $50.00
