CSAT stands for Customer Satisfaction. To measure how well our services meet and exceed the customer’s expectations, DISH will begin using an email based CSAT survey program starting on 3/15/18. In today’s marketplace where competition is fierce, customer satisfaction is critical in differentiating DISH from other providers and fulfillment partners.
