What is NPS® Tech?

NPS® stands for Net Promoter Score^SM, a common scale for determining how likely a customer would be to recommend our service to friends and/or family. We are not changing to a NPS Tech survey, but instead are using one question from the CSAT survey to determine NPS Tech. CSAT will continue as an office-level metric.
